GETTING STARTED

  • You would first need to create a Gym Master account by clicking the “Login/Register” button in the navigation bar above. Once registered, you can log in and purchase a membership that best suits your needs.

  • Wear comfortable, breathable fabrics and basketball or cross-training shoes. We recommend that you always bring a bag, water bottle, and sweat towel.

COMMON QUESTIONS

  • For sure! We offer a one-class trial for first-time guests.

    Get them to go on our website, Click “Login/Register” link on the navigation menu above > Click “Sign Up” > Click “Free Trial” and follow the steps towards booking the free trial.

  • Facilities are scarce when it comes to basketball. For this reason, our facility's sole purpose is to dedicate a space purely for athletes looking to enhance their skill set and IQ.

FOR PARENTS

  • A minor is anyone under the age of 18 years. A minor can only be in the facility during staffed hours.

    For a minor to join Dynamic Basketball they must be at least 5 years of age and must bring their parent/legal guardian into the facility with them.

    A minor cannot purchase a membership online. Anyone under 14 years of age can not use our facilities without the supervision of a trainer.

MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT

  • You can upgrade your Dynamic Basketball membership by emailing us with your membership change request.

  • You would first need to create a Gym Master account by clicking the “Login/Register” button in the navigation bar on our website.

    Through the registration process you’ll be prompted with memberships to select from that best suit you.

  • Depending on your reason for cancelling we might be able to assist with alternative options.

    On Contract Customer

    If you are within your contract a breach fee may apply.

    • For a 6-month contract: If you cancel with more than 3 months remaining, the fee is $150. If you cancel with 3 months or less remaining, the fee is $75.

    • For a 3-month contract: If you cancel with more than 1 month remaining, the fee is $75. If you cancel with 1 month or less remaining, the fee is $50.

    No Contract/Flexi Customer

    A 28-day notice period is required for any customers wanting to cancel their membership.
