Cancellation & Refund Policy 

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy - Dynamic Basketball LTD

  1. Cancellation of Subscription
    You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. However, you must provide us (Dynamic Basketball LTD) with at least 28 days' notice of cancellation. This applies to all customers who are not under a membership contracts.

  2. Contract Breach Fee
    If you are on a contract and choose to terminate it early, an early termination fee will apply based on the remaining months of your contract. The applicable fees can be found here.

  3. Refunds for Late Cancellations
    Refunds will not be provided if you fail to give us notice of cancellation at least 28 days before your next billing date.

  4. Refund and Reimbursement Policy
    There are no guarantees for refunds or reimbursements by Dynamic Basketball LTD. However, services that have not yet been provided may be subject to a partial or full refund, at our discretion.

  5. No Refunds for Services Already Provided
    Refunds and reimbursements will not be provided for services that have already been rendered, for any of the following reasons:

    • Your membership credit expires.

    • You no longer wish to complete the training or course, for any reason.

    • You have been injured.

    • Your account is canceled for violating our Terms of Service or any applicable law.
